Technical Audit

Technical auditing of construction projects aims to provide top management and investors/financiers with an independent review, analysis, appraisal, comments and recommendations on those project management activities, adversely affecting successful project performance. This is in line with the NCC functions which require to promote quality management including provision of technical auditing services in the construction industry. Technical audits of construction projects are being carried out to highlight deficiencies and recommend measures for improved performance.The Council has been providing this service to both the public and private sector institutions.
